Apart from the fine mountain views, Everest Panorama trekking illustrates the culture and lifestyle of the Sherpa people, whose glory of scaling the highest peaks is famous the world over, and their rituals.

    Everest Panorama trekking is a scenic walk that follows the trail to the Tengboche Monastery via Lukla and Namche Bazaar (the bustling town of the Sherpa capital) along the river valley of the Dudh Kosi. The legend of ‘Shangri-La’ comes alive passing through a series of Sherpa settlements, surrounded by flapping prayer flags, shimmering snow-capped peaks, and the incessant chanting of the prayers.

    The trek typically starts with a scenic flight from Kathmandu to Lukla, a small airstrip nestled among the mountains. From Lukla, you will begin your trek, passing through picturesque Sherpa villages, dense forests, and enchanting valleys. The trail follows the Dudh Koshi River, crossing suspension bridges adorned with colorful prayer flags.

    As you ascend, you will reach Namche Bazaar, the vibrant trading hub and gateway to the Everest region. Here, you will have a day for acclimatization, allowing your body to adjust to the increasing altitude.     Continuing on the trek, you will make your way to Tengboche, a serene village famous for its ancient monastery.       · Start trekking from Lukla to Phakding, a small village along the Dudh Koshi River

    • Day 4Trek Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3440m/11286ft) (5:30hrs)· Continue trekking along the Dudh Koshi River, crossing suspension bridges and passing through pine forests.
      · Reach the vibrant town of Namche Bazaar, the gateway to the Everest region.
      · Explore the local markets and acclimatize to the higher altitude.
      · Overnight stay in Namche Bazaar.
    • Day 5Rest Day for Acclimatization and explore of Sherpa museum and monastery· This day is dedicated to acclimatization to prevent altitude sickness.
      · Take a short hike to the Everest View Hotel for panoramic views of Mount Everest, Ama Dablam, and other surrounding peaks.
      · Explore Namche Bazaar and visit the local museums and monasteries.
      · Overnight stay in Namche Bazaar.
    • Day 6Trek Namche Bazzar to Tengboche(3860m) (5hrs)· Resume the trek towards Tengboche, passing through rhododendron forests and enjoying the breathtaking views of Everest, Nuptse, Lhotse, and other peaks.
      · Arrive at Tengboche, home to the famous Tengboche Monastery.

    • Day 7Trek Tengboche to Namche Bazaar (3440m) (6:30hrs)· Begin descending back to Namche Bazaar, retracing your steps.

    • Day 8Trek Namche Bazaar to Phakding (2610m) (5hrs)· Descend from Namche Bazaar towards Dudh Koshi River.
      · Trek through beautiful forests, suspension bridges, and small settlements.
      · Arrive in Phakding, a small village situated along the river.
      · Overnight stay in Phakding.
    • Day 9Trek Phakding to Lukla (2840m) (3:30hrs). Descend further down to Lukla, passing through several villages and suspension bridges.
      · Reflect on the incredible journey and enjoy the last day of trekking in the Everest region.
