Mt. Gangapurna lies at located at the border of Annapurna region and near to Manang district. Gangapurna entire lies on Annapurna conservation area, Nepal’s largest protected area established in 1985.which also encompasses Annapurna sanctuary and is known for several trekking routs trekking routs including Annapurna conservation circuit. Mt. Gangapurna expedition start from Kathmandu after six-hour scenic drives to Beshishahar and start trek from Khadi Village and after 30 minutes you can reach Bhulbhule. German expedition team first times summitted in 1965 by Gunther Hauser via the East face ridge of Mt. Gangapurna 7455 meter.
